Merkaba Meditation
Asaf Zakay is an artist who has a strong connection to the sacred Merkaba.
Asaf is sharing the importance of sacred geometry by creating Merkaba in glass form. To date, thousands have been sold and have been sent all over the world.
Below is the meditation, designed to complement his work. It can be performed with any merkaba.
Merkaba Meditation by Asaf Zakay
Step One
Sit gently crossed legged Place your Merkaba in front of you.
Step 2
Place your palms together, breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Step 3
Raise your hands to above your head, following the top point of the Merkaba.
As you do so breath in and out.
“my spirit connects with the divine light above. I feel lighter, enlightened and guided by grace.”
Bring your hands back down.
Step 4
Now feel yourself sitting firmly. Feel the power of the earth connect with you.
“I am grounded and sit firm, the strength of our earth holds me safely and strongly”
Now observe the centre of the Merkaba. Here sits the source. Your being, your soul.
“May the divine from above and the strength from below meet within me. That the divine will nurture me and the earth will hold me. I trust in myself and my being.”
Step 5
Now observe the points of the Merkaba. This is your energy from within radiating through your body, protecting you, forming a shield and touching others.
“I am protected. I am strong and kind. The divine from above, the ground from below, the source from within cradle me. I am held strong and guided on my journey.”
Breath in and breath out.
Step 6
Raise your hands to your forehead and back to your heart chakra.

Merkaba, also known as Merkabah or Merkavah, is a term used in Jewish mysticism and Kabbalah to refer to a mystical symbol representing the interconnectedness between the physical and spiritual worlds.
The word "merkaba" is derived from Hebrew and means "chariot," which is often described as a vehicle or a throne that transports the soul to higher dimensions of consciousness.
In spiritual communities, the Merkaba has become associated with a meditation holding a three-dimensional star tetrahedron, which is said to activate the energy field around the body and facilitate spiritual transformation and ascension.
